its all gravel and about 2.3-2.5 feet deep. his front bumper was pushing up against the ground. if he had a front locker he would have been able to come out

maybe he was in 4 wheel drive with out a front drive shaft?? to be better he needs two muffler bearings, head light fluid(due to being stuck), a nodular reverse arm and a gas pedal

as the saying goes you got your self in to it...you get your self out...he prolly could of reversed and rocked it out...by the way it rains alot where you are

Not sure why the liberty would be KING, unless you drove through it and made it after you pulled him out. And if it is in-fact true that it would make the liberty king by pulling a TJ out, then you would only be a Jack or prince. I only say that because I have seen where OHV_kj has pulled out a YJ on 39's... just saying :D

And to ohv_kj you dont need no stinkin front drive shaft... remember what all i did without one? lol... good times, good times. Oh and there is one other saying that holds true... 'you aint stuck, till you cant move'

AND BTW: i am in no way trying to diss anybody here. Please dont read it as such.

This reminds me of a post I saw a year or so ago of a Hummer pulling an XJ out of the mud and saying the Hummer was king. The Hummer didn't even go where the XJ did or it probably would have been stuck as well. I have both a TJ and an KJ, two very different vehicles and I use them for very different things. I wouldn't ever say one was "King" over the other. They both serve their purpose well.

lol wow...no jakemd98 is just the typ of guy that you need to show what things are capable or not...my first meeting with jake started as "Please to meet you, liberty? i have my doubts you'll have to show me what it can do" so that said, he is a great guy and is a believer(SP?) in the liberty...he was just joking to say you were prince next to me for this
Image
me and the other truck was pulling...the yj on 39 boggers said he was only feeling the jeep move when i was tugging...so your the prince lol

In no way am i trying to poop a party (that would mean there is a party to start with) I'm just setting the facts straight. And also, all i'm seeing is a few irresponsible jeepers tearing up a ditch right beside a road. IF you want to go wheel your rig, do it where you have permission and it is an actual "area" to wheel. NOT on the side of the road.

Normally i am not one to pull the "Tread lightly" card, but if we aren't very loved in the public's eye due to illegal wheeling and such, then this little wheeling "adventure" cant help one bit. While it may not be illegal wheeling, in my opinion it's worse, because at least half a dozen people saw 2 jeeps tearing up a ditch on the side of the road for "fun". Not good PR in my opinion, and i'm not one that likes to see somebody brag about it.

Now that i have really pooped the party i would like to ask the OP to go somewhere legal wheeling and please post up pics, so we can see jeepers having a good LEGAL time using their rigs for what they are made for.

again sorry to be the "pooper" just wanted to set the facts straight, and make some people aware of the situation.

Jake

You might want to find out if they were on public land or private property.

So, was it public or private?... or maybe we should just leave it alone. If the OP reads this he will see that he may or may not have made a mistake and if he did, hopefully he won't do it again, if not then no harm no foul.

I hate to make this one of my first posts and poop the party even further but, it doesn't matter if it is public or private. There is a paved road there in the pictures with a stoplight, the only places you are allowed to play on that are public would be ohv areas and class VI roads. If a policeman had seen this, he would have gotten a ticket, if not for tresspassing a policeman could probably push a ticket for "losing control" considering they give tickets out to people that slide off the road into ditches during snow storms.

X's 2
last time someone did something like this that I saw, it was in my front yard, he came back to find his Toyota chained and locked to my F 150 and the cops there. He spent several hours with a shovel repairing what he tore up!

You apparently read into my post as something else. Ignore the pictures for now and assume he was on his own private property. You can do that on your own private property. Now, if he was on public land, it has to be approved for off-roading.

I was asking a simple question to determine actual land location. I was not trying to back him up.

From the pictures, yes it looks like a park area (wood sign in the background) which is most likely public land. If that sign wasn't there, it could still be private property up to the paved road.

Well yes if he's on his own private land but... Sorry if I came across as trying to attack you. Just do not approve of this. Keen eyes on the sign though because definitely looks like a public sign for a park or something. However also realize even if it is his land, the government "owns" that three feet on either side of the road.
