Anyone happen to know where I can find an inline CO2 high pressure gauge that goes between the regulator and the tank?

I'm not sure what you're looking for, but I use a dual gauge regulator on my 5lb CO2 tank in my kegerator. Similar to this one.

It gives you a tank pressure and a line pressure...not sure what else you could be looking for. They're available one pretty much every kegerator website, and eBay. Make sure you get one for a CO2 tank, nitrogen tanks have different fittings, you'll need an adapter.

Thanks, I already have a regulator though, so I was trying to avoid having to buy another one...

So does the regulator you have only have one gauge, or no gauges, or what?

No gauges... it's a Hyper-flo 150...

What do you plan on using the gauge for? CO2 stays at a pretty much constant pressure from full until empty. You get the best flow with the fixed regulator you have.

I'm worried about trying to fill up my tires after a trail run and not having enough gas for 4 tires

I weigh mine before and after and check it every so often. When it gets low I fill er up. I don't run any gauges, like JeepinMax said it reads full pretty much all the way until empty from hat I hear so by the time you see it is reading empty it is too late.

x2 on weighing. Think of it like your 20lb grill tank. It's filled by weight.

I weigh my CO2 tank with the regulator installed right after I have it filled. I write the weight of the set-up on the side of the tank. My 10lb aluminum tank weighs 23.5lbs full. So before a trail ride I weigh it again. If it's less than 15-16lbs I get it filled (I have to air-up 3 rigs).

Check the cylinder, there should be a TARA weight stamped into the shoulder of the cylinder. Weigh the cylinder on a bathroom scale and subtract the TARA weight, this will give you the weight of the CO2. 5Lbs. should be more than enough to fill your tires.

As an ex owner of a 20lb CO2, this may help, stay with a fixed regulator, and the info below may help you out..

5lb Tank empty 16lb full 21lb
10lg Tank empty 17lb full 27lb
15lb Tank empty 21lb full 36lb
20lb Tank empty 30 full 50lb

My old 295x75x16 on my TJ, with my 20lb I was able to fill them about 30 times. On the TJ it was fine, I bought a second one for the KJ but just did not feel confortable with the size and weight inside the Jeep. so I switched to 10lb Nitrogen. hope it helps.

Those tank weights are only for his certian style of tank, other tanks will be different weights.Just to be safe just weigh your tank to get better #'s.
