Just bought my new Jeep 2 weeks ago and the Skyslider is the best part of it!!!!! I have it opened every time I go out in it. I live where we get snow in the wintertime, but I'm sure it's like other convertible tops. If you take care of them like you should it should be fine. I've never had such fun with a new car before!!!!!! I get lots of compliments on it. Hope you're all enjoying yours as much as I am 8) 8)

I have had my jeep for 6 days, and I would say the skyslider has been open 95% of the time I am driving. I absolutely love it. I also got the extended warranty just in case it fails.

I've had mine for two months now. It's been through a couple of carwashes (I try to do most by hand), many torrential downpours, and even a nice golfball-sized hail storm. Not a single drop of water has leaked into the interior. My favorite part happened to be my boss telling me to grab a Kleenex box because I was going to start crying when I saw the hail coming down on the KK (I had only owned it for a week at that point). I actually started laughing because the hail was bouncing off the Skyslider like a trampoline and coming down onto the hood of his Denali. That KK is pretty tough - I only have three little dents in the hood and you really have to get the right angle and lighting to see them. The Denali, however, did not fare so well.... :)
