Anyone have any idea how to get these things out. Not much room in there to work around but Ive move everything around, jiggled, turned, scratched my head, and even petted kitty but those things are not coming out.

I was thinking about selling that thing but its got to come out one way or another. When it was installed the person helping me grabbed a screw driver and pushed it back in there before I could do anyhing. :?

yep what JJ said sometimes having someone just moving the axle back and forth can loosen it enough to remove it

Pushing the axle in exposes the c-clip so that it can come out. Thats already been done.

The problem is the slot in the power-trax is to small and the clip was not ground off before it was put in. Common problem with the power-trax.

Currently were trying to get some floss around the clip to pull it out.

Got it out! Tried the floss and of course it wasnt strong enough. Thought of using some 40lb test spiderwire and it popped right out. Had to jerk it pretty good.

Sad thing is Im open again. :(

Used some seal picks to get the spiderwire around the c-clip.

Moving to a city for a couple of years for college and the street manners were just not for me. Getting out of offroading till my college career is done.

You looking for one?

Dude, just for the record I do 95% city driving and the only time I even know the No-Slip is in the rear is sometimes pulling into parking spots.

Heck, I didn't REALLY get BACK into wheeling until I re-started college

Good luck with your edumacation. What's wrong with the street manners that you don't like the locker?

Mostly it was in the rain. When turning and pulling out one wheel had torque and it would hardly pull out. Sometimes I would need full time just to pull out if I was on a hill.

One thing that really had me worried was when it was spin one tire then suddenly LOCK. Thats probably the biggest reason I removed it.

This type of locker just isnt my thing. I would love to have a TT though. :)

I had the lock right by power trax in my 80 Camaro. I thought she had good street manners. Car was putting out 400 HP at the rear wheels(383 stroker motor). Daughter used to do some good burnouts at the drag street in the water box. Not 1 problem in 4 years of racing.

lock right is a little different than the No-slip.

Yes, the No-Slip is quieter and a little stronger than the Lock Rite.
