Remember that even with the Frankie you will still be limited to 245/75's with out major trimming
I have OME Med coils and 245/75 MTR's with NO rubbing on road and on slight rubbing off road at very full stuff in the rear
Like other have said shop around and you can get it lifted for ~$600
1 thing I can tell you is that you want quality NOT quantity
#1 good lift
#2 good tire
#3 good lockers

of course some where in there ,probably #1.5 you will need good skid plates

IMO winches are for the bling more than for function a friend is much better
I also think that a Detroit locker in the rear and a True Track up front is a better KJ set up
less problems than ARB's ,I have one and while it has not given me problems in 3+ years of HARD trail abuse if it ever goes out
even minor problems I am pulling it and going with a Detroit in the front ,I have one in the rear
I will put the ARB in the front of the KJ if I pull it from the TJ but I will have a detroit out back first
The thing for me is I rely on the lockers to get me down the trail if they fail then I am SOL
Detroit's fail much less than ARB's

ALL THIS IS SIMPLY MY .02

Winches have their place. If you are going to wheel a lot in mud or alone (neither of which is a good idea IMO). But you can get a Hi-Lift jack and the necessary hardware for manual winching for about a tenth of what it would cost for a winch and the associated hardware to mount and run it. Don't get me wrong, I would love a winch. But its near the bottom of my wish list because of the cost and the rarity of need. Like others have expressed, this is just my opinion. You will never run out of new things to buy for your KJ  .

I have a winch AND a HiLift with the manual winch hardware. I've been hi centered in two situations where there was not enough traction for another Jeep to pull me. One time I use a tree strap and the other I had to anchor to another Jeep. On both occasions I was happy that I had a winch. I also carry recovery straps which are used more often than the winch, but it's nice to cover all the bases.

1.5 times the weight of the vehicle so for the KJ a 7500 or higher would work
