I was setting on the bumper with a cup of good coffee! That is the life! :D Tonight and Thursday it's going to be bad. One area south of here where Fay stalled for a while got 21" of rain. When it's all over they figure the total will be 30"!

how are you doing down there? Talked to a lady at one of the management companies I deal with today in Maitland and she was saying there was all kinds of flooding, roads blocked etc. That bad up around you?

YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've seen you! Are you part of the Matanzas Jeep club?!!?!?! I've been trying to get ya stopped everywhere geeze you are a hard one to find...... I used to have a lifted Silver Renegade on 32's before I bought my KK....and well, went a different route with it. But my friend Kimmie hangs out with a few people in that Matanzas Jeep club and said there was someone there with a lifted Liberty. And I've seen you driving around town. There is also a blue one around lifted on some 245/75's. Here's a vid of Fay on Thursday from my condo by the Conch House......

qbracken Thank you!

Tom: Yes, there was a lot of flooding and trees/limbs down. The county where Jacksonville is had 10,000 houses without electric and I think we had 8,000 at one point. The old section of Saint Augustine was flooded also. In some ways the backside was nastier. That hit us with 50 and a few 60mph gusts. Right now we are under a watch. There was one earlier today.

FL RENNY: That be me all right. I belong to the Matanzas Jeep Club and Just Jeeps of Jacksonville. If your up and around stop down at Steak and Shake between 5:30AM and 6:30. I'm there every day reading the paper, telling lies and drinking coffee. My Liberty is becoming well know around town so I have to be careful what I do!

Thanks for the offer Tom! The worst is over now, thank God. We will be feeling the effects for a couple more days but nothing to be concerned about. But, hmmm....a trip to Ohio.

Glad to hear the worst is over (for your area) and hope things get back to normal soon.

On the flip side, aren't ya'll kinda glad to be getting all that rain? I thought the South East had been going through a bit of a dry-spell with municipalities starting to argue over water rights..... And what saddened me the most, was that JAck Daniels Distillery was gonna scale back production due to lack of water!

From GA up the coast is where they are having real water problems. We are below normal, or were at least, but not real bad.
