the bumper frame does not have to be cut, the facia does. I e-mailed infinity to guide me in the fabricator they used. Im waiting for a reply.

If I ever decide to get a winch I was planning on using 4wd.com. Seems to be the cheapest. Don't plan on getting a winch really though. Now with my new bumper this idea wouldn't work for me anyway.

Make sure and post pics. I promise to get my bumper pics up before this project of yours is done.

It will take some time, and im the kind of wrencher that if its not going to be perfect I wont do it. I heard back today from indian cars they say the will send me drawings of their fabrication. The steel set up as I can see shouldnt be a problem, its the front cover and skid im not sure about. another thing that I see that braces will have to be welded to the front steel and the TJ mount bolted to it. what the heck if it dosent work out ill buy an ARB. But Iam going to do my best to pull it off. I use to weld and currently own a Lincoln and torch, so welding will not be a problem. Anyway Ill keep everyone posted.
