I just got an ipod touch that is awesome. The screen isn't so small that I can actually see a movie on it. I bought the ipod connector for the back of the stereo, and can now watch movies in the liberty with sound over the vehicle speakers. I don't like paying 10-15 dollars for a movie at itunes, so I went online and bought a dvd ripper package that now downloads and converts my dvd movies to mp4 and itunes. It works great, and I couldn't be happier.... :D

I love my touch as well. They are also nice as a somewhat useful PDA.

DON"T BUY YOUR TOUCH JUST YET. I saw in the paper today that they just went down 23%. 229$ for 8gb, 299 for 16gb, and 399 for 32gb. (Not upset about it, as I bought mine reconditioned from apple for 199, and it looked and acted like brand new....).

I have a mac, so I purchased iskysoft. It works great. I started out by doing a google on the subject, and I came up with a sight of 10 best ripper packages. They said the iskysoft was best for mac, and it has worked very well. I guess you have to be careful as to what program you buy, as some will install spyware
Anyways, good luck!

I use Hand Brake and I have 750 Gig worth of movies optimized for iPhone/Touch resolution as well as Apple TV resolution. I use my iPhone as a video source for my 10" screen as well as an audio source through a JL SES switcher.
