What years did they change the Moabs in size and the little bead thingy on the edges?

I have the chance for a good deal on 06's and just checking to see if they are going to be the right size.

always the same size (16X8) up to 08s then went to 17 incha and different bolt pattern

little bead thingy on the edges ??? Not understanding the Jeep technical term there

The lip on the edge of the rim where the rim leads into the tire.

The main thing I needed to know was the size.
