you are correct, I could build it Have the tools but the issue is the time, I need to think things out, sometimes if you look at it and add up the material and manual labor I could have someone else bulid it for me and break even, plus some of the metal on there was laser cut and I cannot do that. I have been looking for someone to do it since the day I saw it at the show. Gave up after awhile, Rock Liz.. are excellent fabricators, I know that they can duplicate it, if it is financialy worth it for them. I planed earlier on doing it with the excisting front facia, but I changed my mind. So I sit and wait :( :(

The speedo issue is solved but it requires the use of a different t-case that has a speedo drive in it,the stock t-case does not.

So the Atlas TJ cases or a normal TJ case will work with the KJ's speedo input? Neat!

Why use narrow axles like the 8.25 and stock TJ axles? The main reason for it is to keep it low and wide and you can't do that with the narrow TJ axles, thus making it very "tippy".Plus you would be hard pressed to run 35" tires and make the TJ axles live very long. The cost of the full width axles is offset from not needing to use front coilovers.

Like I said, stupid questions and just curious:)

Quote:
Control arms will be in the kit,as far as I know steering linkage will not be due to the customer is suppling the axles and we could possibly not know the correct lentgh,or setup, the customer needs unless they use the same axle and setup that I am using.

Sweet. I'm assuming it'd be closer to a TJ long arm than stock length TJ arms?

And finally it will not be cheap but it will be cheaper then having a shop custom make your SFA "kit" since 90% of the work can be done by the customer with good mechanical ability. The building of the axles and welding the axle mounts should be done by a pro.

Guess that puts me out
