The climate is Hot, Hot. Hot and tropical. Temps during the day average 85 year round.
Also can't find the coolant listed in the manual will regular Preston do the trick?
Suggestions and recommendations needed...Thankx....
5w-20 or 5w-30 oil will work for your engine. You must use HOAT coolant in your KJ or cooling system damage will occur,Zerex makes GO5 coolant which is HOAT.
DO NOT USE any "universal" coolants like prestone, they are OAT coolants and
DO NOT MIX with HOAT coolants and will cause damage. Our cooling systems are designed to use low silicate based coolants(HOAT),those universal coolants and Dexacool are silicate-free coolants(OAT).If needed and can not find HOAT coolant it is best to use the older green coolant(ethylene glycol) antifreeze,it is a high silicate based coolant and is better then running non-silicate coolants(OAT's),you just need to flush the green stuff at least once a year or damage will occur.
