Installed yesterday the Jeepin' by Al Sway Bar Disconnects Service Pack and as advertised it eliminates 90 - 95% of the clunking noise. I still will use them without the service pack when I'm wheelin alot off and on.

It gave me alot of droop I ddin't have, thought they worked well off road.
(by the way my axle tubes are cut back 3/8" so the axle doesn't hit them.)

I didn't install my disco yet. I do about 15k miles per year on road, and get off road about 2x per year or so. I wheel hard when off road, but just don't get to do it as much as I'd like. I hear the disco's are noisy so I'm not crazy about that. I did just get the new A-arms put in, the 4.5 and they are noticably better than my old Gen 3 arms. No more tire rubbing on them, and they are nice and quiet. My old ones clunked a bit. could have been worn BJ's or bushings, or just how they fit in. The new ones are definitely an big improvement.

Plus, they're bright red!

I love my sway bar discos. I find the added travel offroad well worth the occasional knock around town.

If you get "into it" when off road I would say they are a must.

They only take 2 minutes to take off and 2 minutes to put back on.

LOVE THEM!
