I've been having a problem with a noise on the front end of my KJ. I had asked about it in another thread ( http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/vie ... hp?t=36267 ) I put new wheels and tires on it and I just checked the drivers side bearing. It seems solid. The noise is coming from the drivers side and it sounds like the rotor is rubbing the pads when I take right turns. I thought it was the bearing because of this but like i said, the bearing seems good. I did notice that while I was spinning the hub the little shaft between the 2 CV joint wobbled slightly. I also notice when I'm driving that as I go up and down little hills and such the noise comes and goes. It's almost as if it's coming and going as the pitch of the axles change with the attitude of the Jeep. If I'm on a perfectly flat road the noise stays constant (to what ever the speed is). I'm starting to suspect the CV joints (which I've actually suspected from the get go). I would just like some opinions on this please, preferably before I drop a bunch of money on something I don't need. Thanks in advance for you time!!!!
