Immediate help would be appreciated- what's the fluid capacity for the rear corporate diff? No track-lok on this KJ. Thanks!

Buy two quarts and fill it until the fluid dribbles out.

i was going to do this today, the front and rear diffs and the transfer case, but i could not get the right fluids, some on here said something and the dealership said differently, and then at advaced they said something else, so i took it to Hibdon's and had them do it all!

I just looked it up as I was going to do mine and wanted to know how much to get.. FSM says the following.

Rear diff = 4.4pts (that's 2.19qts)
Front diff =2.6pts (that's 1.31qts)
T-case= 1.70qts

That will give you an idea on how much to buy. Fill them until they dribble as was said and you will be safe. Don't forget friction modifyer in the rear diff if you got trac-loc.

the front and rear are both differential fluid and you need either 75w-130 if you do a lot of towing or 75w-90 if not or you can go inbetween with a 75w-110

and for the transfer case its ATF+4
