So I ordered a super 44 offroad and am installing it Monday with some help. I've heard that if I replace the tail pipe with a 3" pipe, than I will have a much deeper and possibly louder exhaust. The last thing I want is to sound like one of those darn honda civic lawn mowers, so a deeper sound might be a nice idea. Is this true though?

Plus you will lose low end torque with a increased in pipe diameter, even for only a part of it.

Based on the sound of flowmasters I have heard on other KJ's (mine included), they sound fine w/ a stock tailpipe.
