I have been bulding my sliders for a month now, this past weekend installed them and now i have to take them out to paint them, and i have a question for those that installed sliders, what did you do with the holes where the pinch plastic protectors attach to the body?

Claudio

Ignore them. If the sliders are like others on the market, you won't notice them.

If i ignore the holes dirt and water will be always coming in and may be not caming out so could rust the piece we want to protect with the sliders.

Well this is what came out, still without paint:

The bars are 6mm and the inner bars are 4 mm

I will take a picture with the bars out and I'll post it. I used a new design

When i made my sliders i put the piece of trim that covered the pinch weld back on. It looks like that would work on yours.

What is up with the cherokee logo on the side, ive started seeing it on a bunch of kj's up here. I know the kj is the replacment for the cherokee but what are we doing, stealing the letters of random cherokees just to hide the fact that we own a libby?
