I think this is the last problem to fix after this whole rash of problems ive been having with the kj. the front suspension makes a horrible groan noise when going over speed bumps, especially when cold. it sounds as if a metal part needs to be oiled or replaced but im not sure what or where to start

Grease the swaybar bushings or spray then real good with a silicone spray.

The two major noise causing points are the main bushings that secure the sway bar horizontally. I never needed to grease them, until this past sring and now I seem to grease them every couple of months.

I think I remember a post where a member drilled a couple of zerk fittings into his bushings. That would sure be an easy way to regrease them.

Remove the sway bar bushing and apply some grease or drill and tap it and install a zerk that way you can grease it whenever you want!! Glorious grease!!! :D
