Any ideas on the use of the spidertrax spacers with a 16x8 rim with 4.5" backspacing. I have 245 width tires. Any rubbing issues ?

I would think so since you have 4.5 " of backspacing now and adding another 1.25 to that,
Moabs with 5 inch rub when flexed out pretty good on the flares
