I bought a set on Ebay for my stepdads rear window on his S10 Blazer two years ago and they are still dong great, were same name on them as OEM

I bought my replacements on ebay too. At least as good as the OEM ones.

That hood is heavy. Dang near knocked me out.

Not to sure what kinda setup the zj's have but its never let us down.

Maybe its cheaper for them to use the shocks over the good ol springs?

If we had a hatch people would be asking about replacing the shocks on those all the time. Nothing more annoying than a hatch falling on your head since you use it daily.
