My jeep has been running fine all day. I parked it, and 30 minutes later went to start it up, and it's dead as a doornail.

To be specific, the battery is not dead. Lights light up, bells ding, and all that, but it won't start. It makes a clicking noise in the fuse box (sounds like some sort of relay switch) when I try to start it.

Please help if you can, this really sucks.

Well - fuses are the obvious 1st check - however don't count a dead battery out
The KJ requires sufficent battery voltage to turn on the computer -
so lights may light at a slightly lower voltage and look good - but if the computer isn't on - it's not starting.
if so - a jumpstart may start it - but it won't keep running at idle - need high enough RPM to generate more voltage.

I agree 1k%. I have had many a battery go out and the lights will still work but nadda on the turning over. It won't even start to turn, it just stays quiet as a nice dead deer. Swap out the batt, that it most likely the prob. How old is that batt?
Also check the fuses but I think it is the battery. Just m2ct
