JEEPSKOOL Dec. 6-7th toy for tots

Come on over and visit http://www.jeepskool.com/ join the forum and join the fun. The next JEEPSKOOL is on Dec. 6th and 7th. We are also doing a toy run for toys for tots. We are asking that and body coming out to wheel with us bring a new unwrapped toy in addition to the entrance fee. Obviously this is completely voluntary but we could all use a little extra good kharma.

This is such crap. I have already committed a weekend elsewhere during every single Jeep Skool since it's first been posted on LOST. I think it's been since May.

I got my wife to comimit to going and we are taking her stock liberty. We are not doing Toy-4-Tots this year. instead any vehicle that shows up to wheel with kids in it Kelly(robocon) will donate $5.00 to the Portage Co. APL. I was trying to set up the T4T but it was hard to get the info I needed to get it done it time for this run.

NO TOY. I was trying to find a drop off close to Haylett's and I could get any help from the people that run T4T and the website didnt have any listed that were within 40mins.

I hope she has front and rear tow hooks and at least a front engine skid plate.
Be warned, once her stocker sinks down in mud or a rut you will easily get high centered and need a strap. Your front aluminum differential housing will also be banging and dragging over things from lack of ground clearance and damage could occur without a front skid plate.

The trail leader, Badsparky, talked me into being tailgunner for the stock group last month as I have a winch and beleive me, there were several areas a stock Liberty would have had to been wiched out of.... And yes, YOU get to hook up the winch line in all the muck!

Thanks nick. I will be riding shot gun with her. She has all the factory skids think steel front diff skid. We will stick to the upper rim lower rim and the newbie trail near the cabin. Maybe if she feels adventurous we will do deer run. We will for sure do the dunes nice and easy and maybe down to the mud pits via the road and exit through the creek and over the hill. She has front and rear tow point. Factory front hooks and a hook in the receaver on the rear. i will put my recovery and tool kit in the libby and we will be ready for at least one day of fun.

Hey Guys....It's been a while, sorry I haven't been in touch too much, long summer..... Glad to see everyone is doing alright. I plan on being at Skool this weekend. Going to try both days if possible. Won't be runnin' the libby though, got a new toy last weekend.

I called you, left a few messages and got no replys. I was begging to think the worst.

Not sure if I'll make it Sat.. After blowing my housing last month and getting it back together, I still haven't gotten the broken skid plate bolts out of the cross member yet in order to reinstall my skids.

Actually I did better this time around. It took me 2 yrs. and 17 days to blow the 1st. housing and the 2nd. housing took 3 yrs. 2 mos. and 13 days to blow. :lol:

And yes, please PM me for the address to mail the SFA donations. No, I'm not kidding . Donations are about the only way I'll be able to get one.

Dang Nick, I think you're going for a new record.

Well my money tree has dried up. I signed my life away for a ’05 Rubicon last week. Figured if I was going to sink any more money into something, I may as well get a good starting point. I can certainly send encouragement if that helps.

Alex, it will be good to see you and your dad again. Are you guys staying for the weekend or just one day?
