Camp Coffs 2009 - Who is going?

OK all you KJ people, who is planning to go to Camp Coffs next Easter? I am planning on going and will be towing my camper up and staying for the duration (work permitting). After the relatively poor KJ showing at Jambo I hope more of you can get to this one. :?:

Got the OK from the boss the other day, so the plan is to go. I wont say any more as I don't want to jink myself.

I hope to get there but I will not know for sure untill it is nearly time to leave because our annual leave is rostered over school holidays and it is not my turn, have to wait and see if nobody else wants it

I must admit that after looking at some of the photo's of the Jambo on AJOR & hearing Glen's story's of the all night party's, I'm a little concerned about camping at Camp Coffs. I don't really want to have trouble getting my kids to sleep with a load of crap going on around us. Having the little ones means we don't expose them to certain things and some of what I've seen and heard is alarming (just thinging out loud).

camp coffs will be nothing like that,

There are kids a plenty running around, and there is HEAPS of space to set up,

Your little people will be OK

Chris, last year we had a great camp spot all to ourselves and were not disturbed at all by late night revellers. Fros is planning to go down early to reserve a spot for us all, so hopefully the same will be possible this year.

"Jambo" is not "Camp Coffs" the Jeeps might be the same, but, The animal is very different.

Micheal and the Coffs Coast Jeepers keep a tight control on things as they live there and don't want bad publicity, so as they can keep having Camp Coffs for a long time to come.

At this stage J.a.G will not be attending Camp Coff'f due to Jenni's Family commitments at the same time.

CD, as previously mentioned by others, Camp Coff's is a very Child friendly so you need not be concerned in that regard.

Yeah, sorry to scare you. There were more peaceful areas at Jambo, innocent me just didn't know who these Core Crew Crazies were at the time.

I see the Camp Coffs Rego form is in the new issue of Jeep Action. I have sent mine in today. I see that Fouros has sent his in as well. What the tradition re the camping arrangements, is there a LOST camping area? Convoy arrangements or make your own way? etc.

we are hoping to get down there the day before, find the lost banner and there will be the lost camping area

you will have to arrange the sydney convoy between you lot down south
