I have 3 fault codes, I have dealt with the problems one by one and I did reset the settings by taking the battery clamps of for a couple of minutes.

I also heard that after sixty starts the codes should wipe themselves but they don't.

Any idea's how to clear the codes?

Hey there,

I've reset mine by disconnecting the neg batt cable and going watch TV for a while, then reconnect later.

Haven't heard that one. Just disconnect negative terminal for 10 minutes and reconnect.

Or go to an auto parts store and ask them to clear the code.

Or get a OBDII scanner for about $70 and do it yourself

Clearing the code doesn't fix the problem.

Thanks, but all the above does not wipe the codes.

I had the neg.battery pole off for 45 min and the codes are still there, I know the problems are fixed ,it's just the computer does not get it.

What codes?

Some codes will not go away with pulling the battery terminal, some will.Depending on the codes you may have not gotten the problem fixed yet.

You can get a scanner that will read and clear codes for under $50
Check Harbor's Freight's number 94169
