Well I brought it up with the big man in the meeting and he is real interested. Mentioned something about trying to have one done by MOAB but probably wont be done that fast. Jeep is sending us the Liberator back. They decided not to scrap it and they are also sending us our own KJ for kit testing. The Liberator will be at MOAB.

The big man also said the guy that runs rockcrawler.com was telling him about you guys' MOAB ride and we may try to make it out there.

I'll keep you guys posted on updates!

Great!!! At least it is still "in the works" again. Maybe by the time the kit does comes out I will have the Liberty paid off  in about 4 more years!!!

Maybe by then there will be a stronger front diff to put in it too  .

Superlift makes the best IFS suspensions out there. Look what they did when chevy introduced IFS on everything, not only did they do it right (with all new heavy duty everything), but they were the first to introduce a real 6" lift for IFS. I know it won't be cheap but if they give me 4" for $1200 I'm in.

I've been debating whether to upgrade to a Frankenlift or to hold off to see what else comes out. 4" is right where I'd like to be as well. I showed my wife the pictures of the Liberator and she loved the look but was concerned about the function. If we can solve the CV joint angle and weak aluminum diff issues, she's sold. She also loved the front bumper, if only ....

That was Mike Cohn at rockcrawler. He and I have been carrying on a conversation. I empasized that he should bring that lift to OUR Moab if he wants to sell lifts to about 70 KJ weenies, then quadruple that for word-of-mouth.

Says the lift will be a 'knuckle lift' whatever that is.

Man, get the FL now and convert later. You can always resell the FL when you do the swap.

Either way it's not going to happen until the end of the year at the earliest. I have $2k of stuff to get before the lift so it's going to take me a while.

Well it wont actually be in our booth it will be with Jeep. We are just doing a few things to it and then getting all the measurments off of it. We hopefully will have ours finished by then and will probably be out there in our New 18 wheeler that will be finished next month. So come check it out.
