We got three inches this morning and freezing mist after that. My wife did a 360 in the kj trying to slow down for a stop sign this morning lucky she didn't hit anything. I told her she was driving to fast but she doesn't agree with me :x Think i'll have a FAT TIRE and sit by the fire.

After a day like today, This song pretty much sums up how my night will be after work.

One bourbon, one scotch, one beer
Well I ain't seen my baby since I don't know when,
I've been drinking bourbon, whiskey, scotch and gin
Gonna get high man I'm gonna get loose,
Need me a triple shot of that juice
Gonna get drunk don't you have no fear
I want one bourbon, one scotch and one beer
One bourbon, one scotch, one beer

It's been snowing all day. It took 45 mins to get to work, then the traction was getting sketchy, so I kicked it into 4hi. I got to work, parked, looked down. One of my tires was gettin' low.
20- mins later, it was dead.
My sister called, said that she has a problem with my wife not answering her phone ever. I told her to stop calling then.
No, not really. But, I did think it.
I just told her that she doesn't answer the phone for a couple hours after getting home. She had a tough day at work, Finals are here. Stuff like that. She was probably in the tub? IDK. Then I told her to call her and ask what she was doing. THat went over well.

THere was alot of other stuff throughout the day that made it worse, but I think the VA Med center is helping me with that later in the week. Man I love those people.

I want a drink, I don't care what it is. Just mix a bunch of stuff together.

At 5:30 this evening we had nothing , 15 minutes later the ground was covered, now at 10:15 we have about 5 inches or maybe more, went out to play around but had to keep dodging the other idiots bouncing off of curbs, sliding through stop signs etc. I never even got to put mine in 4 wheel drive   came home and drank two cold ones    feel better now

We got ~5" - 6" here. Shoveled the drive way and took the dog for a walk to look at Christmas Lights.

Just got to work a few minutes ago...a song came to mind, so I thought I'd put it on the juke box...

Caroline’s Spine
Work Song

It’s another early mornin’
Sun came up without a warning
Never do nothin’ ‘til I’m showered and clean

Got my pager, got my cuffs
A matching tie should be enough
I never leave the house without something to eat

Early riser by genetic
Take the stairs ‘cause I’m athletic
Always at the office before anyone else

I take my faxes to be copied
Grab a donut, grab some coffee
Picture o’ my diploma sitting on my shelf

And the monotony is killing me
And I…try…to deny
This corporate lobotomy

I need a suit of armor for a meeting
Know I’m going to take a beating
Understaffed and my department’s in a crunch

Budget has become a hassle
Boss is rippin’ me a new @$$hole
Says he wants an answer on his desk before lunch

Afternoon things don’t look better
Phone machine is breakin’ records
Five hundred messages from who knows where

Stayin’ late ‘cause I’m a beginner
Call my girlfriend, cancel dinner
Says she thinks I’m having an office affair

The end of day there’s no solution
Face the traffic, air pollution
Put a smile on my face, I didn’t get fired

Back at home to clear my head
I grab a drink, fall into bed
Forty more years until I get to retire

‘Cause the monotony is killing me
And I…try…to deny
This corporate lobotomy

Wow, snow way down there? Next thing you know I'll look out and see little white flakes drifting down thru the air... Time for another jolt of antifreeze 8)

Yeah, not much at my house but just a couple miles away there is about twice as much and more as you go into the hills.
Here is a pic at the house as of 11:30-ish, still coming down.
