Why did that get totaled?
the damage is probably 10-20% of the value

Why is it marked "No Title", that could be a problem.

This is possible too, but I've seen so many weird title things that this is not out of the ordinary for my sphere of experience. Seriously, I dont even bat an eye at this type of thing now.

that only indicates that the title has not been processed yet, they only have the vehicle in inventory, nothing else.
