I have no clue how to do this, I am having a fit here

I want to mount them to my bumper on a 03' Liberty...

I just want them to be sturdy, I have no clue, your talking to an idiot here, but with a decent enough guide to do it, it will be done, but I dont want to get a bar for it or anything but mounting it with bolts to bumper...

How do I drill through the plastic to metal, how do i get fingers under plastic and metal????

I'm having the same problem (Mine havent arrived yet) I ordered a pair of lights and wanna put them on the bumper but was looking for a solution before I had a problem.
