well id have to say looks like they make some great stuff.........
but heres my take on things. ive heard so many people talk trash on here about how Rock Krawler and Revtek about there customer service but they do actually answer when you call or at least get back to you. I called and left a message to both Al and Rock Lizard and neither one of them got back to me then i figured maybe I should just email them so i did and once again no reply. i was considering buying the 2.5 from al and some RL rock rails but now....

Consider the fact that both JBA and RL are both smaller businesses it may take a day or so to get back to you, those other companies do not support the KJ/KKs at all like JBA and RL do.
Spend money with those that are trying to make products that actually work instead of buying cheaper junk

When did you email and call? emails/pms I'm usually within a couple days to answer back. voicemails, I usually try to return within a couple days as well. Now for a whole week (1/5 - 1/12) I had absolutely no voice whatsoever. I had to drive my happy butt down to the clinic to make an appointment because they couldn't hear me on the phone. I got several messages from last week yet to return, so if yours in in there, it's coming. As for emails and pms, everything is caught up that I have received except those from today. If it was before today and I haven't responded, I don't have it. I just looked through the last couple of weeks emails and nothing relating to KK rock rails. So, with Christmas, being sick, and then trying to play catchup this week, if I haven't responded, I do apologize. Please send me a PM, that is usually the easiest way to get ahold of me, and include your phone number and best time to call and I will do that too.
Believe me, life is a little choatic right now. It is almost 3:45 AM here, I will pass out around 5 AM, and be up dealing with kids by 9 AM, and that is my daily schedule, and it still isn't enough time to get everything done.

Thank you for your patience and support, but don't give up just yet. You have a KK, who else is going to make something and know what they are doing and make sure you don't get killed using it? We want your business, because no one else is going to do it, so why would we want to run you off?

RL, did you get my PM last week on 1/6? I haven't heard back from you yet.
