But are they a known brand? Like Precision,Yukon,Motive,or Richmond? If not I'd pass, more so if the GenuWHINE gears(<misspelled for a reason, they always whine).

i do believe you listed motive gears in there... so here you go:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Dodge-Da ... ccessories

well they went up to 209 from 178

Rear gears are fairly easy to find, you might try calling Trailquest and order the front and rear at the same time and both rebuild kits and see if they can cut you a deal. Either way, Trailquest is the only company that we know of who has the front 4:10's. So, I'd jump on those like flies on stink bate.

Yes, CROWN makes replacement parts for Jeep Vehicles. But in many cases, even though you see lots of brand names, these parts are made by one manufacturer, and in this case that manufacturer is Dana Spicer.
Here is their website: http://www.crownautomotive.net/

Im not a fan of it, one it doesnt list the D30 for our KJ and second I filled out everything for the KJ info and click on 8.25 and it pulls up saying it is a 27 spline as the most common for our vehicle choice :? , you have to go and select the 8.25 29 spline, and the cheapest 4.10 gears for the rear is $210

Ok ordered my install kit for the front.

Parts i have:
4.10 gears F/R
Install kits ordered F/R (Not recieved) yet

Need
Lockers F/R

I have found DETROIT LOCKER TRUETRAC DANA 30 DIFF 912A585 for 389. Is this the right one for on and off road driving?

Does anyone have a good place to get the rear locker?

I haven't priced out the 8.25 rear 4.10's yet. they are definately more accessible then the front 4.10 for the D30a. I have seen the rears from $170- 209
