for what it's worth, I have the standard radio/single disc setup in my KK. It seems to keep fairly good time, I've only had to reset it for daylight saving time changes.

Digger, I don't think I'd be investing in Sirius right now. Sirius/XM is talking about declaring bankruptcy early next week, if they haven't already. And there's that Charlie Ergen guy from Dish Network that keeps buying up huge amounts of their stock, so he can attempt a hostile takeover. If that happens, I'm not sure about Dish Network's intentions, they may just want the spectrum for more video satellites.

Then, with all that space debri created by that rogue Russian Satellite that crashed into a U.S. Iriudium satellite, netiher Dish Network or Sirius may be a good bet.... but I guess Dish Network satellites are a lot further out than the debri field. I just don't know how they navagate through tall that schrapnel when they try to launch a new one.

That news broke right after I re-upped my sirius subscription for 3 years......

My Sirius situation is even more confusing. My subscription is up in the next couple of days, but I'm with Sirius Canada. It's a separate company (and it didn't merge with XM Canada - how confusing is that?!) but obviously if the parent company goes under it will affect the Canadian company.

I'm thinking about subscribing to the U.S. version (slightly better pricing, a few better channels/features) but with all this talk of bankruptcy... I'm just hoping I'm still getting a signal in a few months. Like Digger said though, I'll probably go month to month for a while until the dust settles.

So... Chrysler, possible bankruptcy... Sirius, possible bankruptcy. Anything else??? Scary days!
