2/22/09 Badlands Pics

Nice, to tag along with some new faces of LOST, Mec_kick and YelloCoyote and friends showed us some trails I diden't now exisited!!! I wish I went along though the creek again, with you all, but friend in his pick up wanted to see the dunes!! Will run the whole creek next time!!! :wink:

HEY, TOM MUD let me know if you plan a trip to Livingston, I've heard about it never been there!!!! :lol:

Looks like fun. I have 2 questions.

1. Do you need to be lifted w/ mud tires to run the trails?

2. Where exactly is this place?

No you don't need to be lifted... There are easy trails...
But you should have front and rear recovery points and skids...
It is in Attica, IN

and im planning a trip in 2-4 weeks depending on the weather and when i get my new springs put on

The first time I ran here, I was completely stock with crap for tires, only the engine skid and a rear recovery point. I got stuck twice, but did no damage. Definitely stocker friendly.

I have skids from front to gas tank, tow hooks up front and a hitch shackle in the rear. I'm also running BFG AT's with a Powertrax in the Corp 8.25 and a DTT in the D30a. This was previously member Crossbones' KJ.

Hopefully I can make a trip there if some of you decide to do this again sometime this summer.

Hey Alex,
The wheels are Cragar D-window, 15x7 w/ 4.75 BS. The tires are Interco Trxus MT, 31 x 10.50.

This was the first time I wheeled them: they wouldn't let me get stuck this weekend. So far they are much quieter than my MTRs were, but that could be because the rubber compound is much softer (and new). I'm not sure what the longevity of the tires will be, but as a spare set for wheeling only, I'm very happy.
