I was told to put spacers in with the rears what kinda of spacer is needed (size) and does this go and the top or bottom of the shock. can anyone snap a picture of where this goes it would be greatly appreciated

Use a washer/'s between upper mount and the shock...then tighten the heck outa them! Should be good to go.

i have the durango rear ranchos, i used 2 washers on my upper bolt, one washer on each side of the shock, inbetween the mounts. the reason for the washers wasnt because i noticed any rattling, i put the washers in when i installed the shocks, because i noticed the space inbetween the mounts, and didnt wanna bend the shock mount inward TOO much.

also the metal insert of the bushing might be worn out so they are bouncing around the bolt...go to the rear and and push it up and down lightly...you should see the shock move w/ the vehicle...if the jeep moves but the shock stays mostly still that's what you need
