I have a '06 Liberty CRD with the stock struts. Can I use the 2" conduit lock nuts for a little more lift? I have read that they only work on after market struts. Is this because of the alignment ridge? Also, I am thinking about installing the Rancho struts. How big of a diff. is noticed from stock struts?

they will work on any struts you mostly use them as a gauge anyways to get both sides the same. and 2 inch is the right size

You can't use it on Rancho 9000XL, you have to make the hole wider in order to pass the control valve.
