Hey everyone, new guy from Northern NJ here...

Found a 2008 Jeep Liberty that was too good to pass up...19k miles on it...automatic...4x4 of course...one of the first things to do is get the back windows tinted...down the line plan on doing a lift, tires, wheels...the norm in other words...haha

here are a couple of pics from the dealer website...will have some more when its not raining...

thanks everyone...paid 15k for it...it was the cheapest one i could find within a reasonable distance so i picked it up...i considered getting a new one but the insurance was double what this one is, go figure...lol

i;m surprised but there isn't a scratch on the truck, only thing is there is a slight door ding barely noticable and a stain on the back seat, but that has been nearly completely removed...cleaned the carpets really good today, look almost new...

overally i'm happy with this purchase...next month the mods begin...

That's a nice deal! It looks to be a base package KK, but if you are going to do some mods who cares. I wish I could have the extra $10K I paid for mine to add some goodies.

yea its pretty much base model one, only options according to the jeep website are the 235 tires and full size spare...thats what i wanted, don't need any bells and whistles...lol

first mod will be tinted windows, looks odd without it...

first real mod will be an Air intake, AEM or K&N...gonna fab up some kind of light bar...eventually a lift, tires, and wheels...that pretty much sums it up...for now...haha

What are your ideas for the light bar fab? I am in NJ also, and have been struggling with different ideas for lights on the front. Jeep looks great, same as mine except for color...base model without any bells and whistles.
