Yup. I got my notice on the "shipping error" via email. I haven't decided yet whether to pony up the $14.99 or go elsewhere.

Troy ~ Any idea whether or not that Riddler cover will clear the factory gas tank skid?

Don't get me wrong the Riddler is nice, but no one will ever break the Rockcrusher, so saying it can't withstand a 150 tons truck sitting on it is pointless. It is more than strong enough for everyone's use on any jeep. Derek Trent from Trent Fabrication runs them on his buggy and he races in King of the Hammers. If it is strong enough for his rig, it is strong enough for ours. Also, AllJ's sells the Rockcrusher and they are the largest supporter of the site.

I didn't see anyone say anything bad about the rockcrusher or that it isn't strong enough. Both are great covers, one just costs less and both can be picked up through LOST vendors.

Mine arrived today, so if your still waiting, it's a coming!

How much lube did ya'll use?

Pre rock crusher I've always added a little over 2 qt.

I put in just under 3 qt 2.9 or close to it and it seems to be 1/2 way up (witch I think is proper) should it be up to the fill hole? i think that would be nearly 4 1/2 qt, seems like a lot.

everyone told me to use the recommended amount since the hole is higher due to the angle of the rearend on a lifted vehicle

i put the 2 + the modifier just like usual, i used a fluid evac tube and found the level of the fluid to be aprox where the bottom of the original fill hole to be
