Question for the 2004 or less Libbys that have an ARB bumper -
Are the fog lights brought up with the new bumper? The only pics I find on the net show this... just want to vertify ...



Second question for all:
Do I need a winch right away or can I easly install a winch into the arb bumper without disassembling the arb bumper?

1st is yes it will raise the OEM foglights.2nd is the ARB outer shell will need to be removed to install a winch.
