Phoned in my order today.

Erica said it would be about 2 weeks. She said they were still waiting on four people.

I think we need some clarification on how many people have ordered so far off of the list. Seems like we keep getting different answers on how many more then need... Could someone call them and verify this?

Apparently AltE and I have similar names because Ericka is getting confused. Hopefully my last email to her will clear-up everything! My order got lost in the shuffle because she thought it was in process and paid.

This buy is still open thru April 10th. After that, you will have to gather 10 more together to get the discount price...

I will check with Ericka today to see how many orders they have so far. I'll let you know what I hear.

Got an update from Erika this morning. The minimum 10 person order has been met. She was waiting on payment for a few of the orders that had been placed, but as of this morning, all payments have been made and all placed orders are in process. Additional orders can still be placed thru April 10th. The additional orders will be processed as soon as payment is received.

I would guess that all who have already placed their orders should have your covers delivered within 2 weeks.

Well, Erika better get her sh*t together.

My wife called yesterday and asked for Erika, and was told she was at dinner and she would call back. She never did.
Today my wife calls again and gets Erika who says she's "not at her desk" and would call back. 3 hours later, my wife calls HER back and finds she is at dinner again. Hmmmm, sounds like they really don't want to sell me anything.

I'm gonna give them one more chance tomorrow and if I can't get my order in, forget about it. I hope their customer service is better than this.

I realize this could be coincidence, which is why I'm giving them another shot. Hope everybody else is having a better time with this.

I had no issues, called and got transefered over to her then she took all my info and I was done.

Thanks long_tall_texan for running with this ball. I think the delay in her getting the orders was paypal. I used it and it took 4-5 days for the payment to clear.

My manager just informed me that we must close this group order since we have to ship them out all together. If you have more members, you can recreate a new group.

So I guess for some reason the Iggee management requires that all of the group buy orders are shipped at the same time. I guess all of the orders placed so far are made and ready to ship, so they want to close this group buy and ship them all out. I emailed back about keeping it open, and she said that it would delay shipping out all of the other orders. So I guess everyone's orders will probably ship out tomorrow. Then I guess we can start another thread to build a new list. Once we get 10 more in the list, we can proceed with another group buy.

Sorry. I haven't been on in a couple days. I got an answer back about shipping. All of the group buy orders will be shipped out on next Monday, April 14.

So, I guess we know now how exactly how the group buys with them work, as far as timing, in case we want to do another one in the future.

1. Must have at least 10 separate orders. 1 order is considered front only, rear only or a set of both rows. If it is shipped to same person, it is one order.
2. All of the orders will be held to complete processing until the group buy ordering window is closed.
3. Once the group buy is closed, all orders will be processed, and manufactured at that time.
4. All group orders will be shipped at the same time once they are all made.

So everyone should have their seat covers next week. I hope you all like yours as much as I like mine!
