I found these tires on Goodyears site and they look pretty cool. Goodyear rates them as a 9 off-road and 6 for quitness. The MTR is only a 10 off-road and I think its a 4 for quitness. From what i can tell its only available in a 245/75/16 so works well for us. Check it out and give feedback.

I've been bugging all tire places in the Dayton/Cincinnati area and the best I've found them is about 900 for a set of 5 mounted and balanced. Some people have no idea what I'm talking about and some say they're not getting them for awhile. They look like Goodyears answer to the BFG TA KO's and come in load range C or E. C's are a little cheaper, but does an E range give you a stronger sidewall since its rated to carry heavier loads? I checked tire rack and by the time you add shipping you're not saving that much. If I'm paying 900 bucks, I'd pay a little more just in case there's something wrong w/ them down the line. Just my 2 cents.

Bought a set today from tirerack. Should be here by Thursday

Here's a comparison between the MT/R, the new MT/R and the Duratrac from the Goodyear site

Looks promising 8)

Just got mine installed today along with some barely used Moabs! As posted above, really smooth tire, very quiet compared to the Grabber AT2's I've had for last few years. 245/75/16's of course. Hammered the pinch weld and will have to trim the fog light door area, but compared to the rubbing I was getting on my Gen 2 JBA arms with the 255/70's on Stock Rene 6 spokes, these are vast improvements. Looking forward to getting them dirty...
