Im wondering if the HD OME springs are have a better rate than the OEM CRD Springs? Also Im curious to know if CRDSTU from down under with his custom springs would be an option for me to get my KJ level again...

IIRC OME HD coils are 400# OEM CRD coils are 410# CRDSTU's Im sure would work but they are high up in price and then add on shipping. You could probably find a place to make some for you in the states.

I purchased the daystar 1/2 in extended bump stops/isolators from All J's. Do they go on top or on the bottom ? Do I really need em?

Here is my set up now for the rear.

rear bumpstops do 2 things
1) keep the springs from falling out when the shock is fully extended
2) keep larger size tires from popping your fender trim off.

so check at full extension & compression and decide if you need those
(or larger - most of the folks with 265/75/16 have ~3" bumpstops whether 3 hockey pucks, or 1/2 a rubber hammer head)

They go on the bottom - drill a hole through to mount them

Not to get off topic or anything but on CRDSTU's liberty what are the tires that are in the 2nd and 3rd pic?

Doc, you have the 790's already so, you could try adding a top plate if you don't want to buy another set of springs.

Rusty has them and so does RRO.

For the CRDSTU thing, I've been trying to get his stuff but he only wants to ship Fed-ex and to Barcelona that ment $1200 for 4 springs. :(...So that never happened...

And you don't need bumpstops on the rear unless you are running the extended OME 132L or Rancho RSX 17004.

Here's my front setup.

Well I found out that I do in fact have the 790's up front. and as for the rear I have the OME 132L's. so as far as the front im not sure how to do the mod whether it be the clevis or the top plate. im no genius when it come to this mechanical stuff

In order to fit the top plate you need to drop the whole shock/spring combo...

Don't know how much of a clevis you can do with an OME 131 shock, I recon you could start there, you must be able to do that yourself, it's only 1 bolt...
