Just to note, rusting rotors is NOT a 'common' problem on libertys.

Theres something going on that is not known. Rotors do not just rust through.

I double my KJ as a dump truck"Back is lined with a heavy duty tarp and filled to the rim with gravel or red clay".My brakes burned out at 35500 miles.
I dug into my driverside front rotor so bad that there was rust dust that adhered to the whole side of the jeep,and took a whole day of magic claying to get it off.Check out the wheelwell,the whole side of the jeep and wheels were coated after a rainstorm.
