Painting the center console?

hey all, i was wondering on if there was a silver trim piece for the area around the stereo in the center, also for the gear shifter, i was thinkning about either buying one or just using vinyl paint from auto zone or something, im just looking for things to do to the KJ over spring break, also thinking about trimming the front bumper but not sure yet. any other ideas are welcome too! thanks

i beleive the renegades have the silver trim peice. you can buy it as a kit but it comes with like 16 pcs. and cost a little over $100. BTW i think the trimmed bumper looks great, as long as you do the sides right

i love my interior it's got the silvery trim and the tan/taupe base color

what color is your shifter? all the shifters i've seen have been the same neutral carbon graphite'ish color

well i have an 03 sport, so im not really sure how to trim it to look good, but i want too, any thoughts? and my its the carbon grpahiteish color but i will look into the trim kit package for sure but i think painting would be cheaper because i only want to do the 2 pieces i think.

check junk yards for the Limited package bezels. Found some at the junk yard while searching for other parts. Think it was like $20 or so a piece.

looking great! now i wasnt sure to do around the radio as where you did or another layer out which would encompass around the heat vents etc, however now that i see yours i really like it, what sort of paint did you use?
