Ok, so some of you know I just lifted and as I was trimming away at the front to eliminate some rubbing I found the I have much more rubbing on the drivers side front bumper side and I also notice that I have more rub on passenger side on the pinch weld side of the tire. Thinking about my alignment numbers got me thinking this may be a caster issue? (left side 3.5 green, right side 1.2 red) If this is the case and I need to get my casters done better, along with the cross caster which is currently at 2.4 red, can I just get the drivers side set back to match the passenger side even though it's in the red? this would help with the bumper side rub and once the pinch welds get pounded there would be plenty of room on the backside too. Looking for expert advice as I am really trying not to have to remove the whole lower section of the front bumper to make the tires fit properly.

Thanks in advance,

DB, they didn't fix that caster? They should...

Anyway

The position of the LCA is dictated by the cam bolts, which yes, in a way, the caster will affect your rub...HOWEVER...

The root problem is, if you have a 2+ degree difference in caster, you have a bent part or parts.

I haven't taken it back for the caster yet, I was going to wait a week or so for the settling first. so if I get the caster in line then the drivers side would come back a bit and the passenger side would move forward some? What parts might be bent? my last alignment the numbers were almost perfect if I recall correectly and there has been no accidents or off roading.
