Right - my vote is the leaking pickup - increasing line pressure works only if the hydraulic supply is good - 3rd gear slip fails when the hydraulic supply is bad - seems to point to bad filter\seals, imo - maybe even loose valvebody bolts.....................

FWIW-- had the same right turn problem throwing those P07xx codes and it was right after I replaced the two filters in the 545RFE-- took it to Moservice guys and they told me the the NAPA set of filters I bought lacked a check valve and they fixed it and runs fine now-
Did you just replace filters? that could be it.

I replaced the trans filters (with NAPA brand) around 5000 miles ago and I did notice a few hard shifts once in a while but not hard shifting. Today I pulled my buddies 1500lb fishing boat no more then 50 miles, it pulled it fine and it was way under the tow limit. On the way home with out the boat it started shifting funny and not it wont go into over drive and it has a huge delay in shifting. Nothing to do with turns but maybe the boat ramp triggered it? Need some input here because I going to need to get it fixed asap and dont want to wast money at a trans shop if I don't have too. Thanks.
