OH I am sure the mud is a HUGE issue. But I love the mud. I have more fun in the mud.

No different than a "clevis lift" with conduit nuts or spacers.

True, but lets see thats 70 bucks more than conduit nuts. Also some other things came into play and I just took them back off and returned them.

not slamming what you are doing,

just no real benefit for me from when I had them on

possibly if I knew the entire clevis clamped to the strut and not just the top half. how accurate is the 100 ft/lbs if its not being applied to the entire length of the clamp area?

My point EXACTLY!
My worrie was the clamp to strut. I just think with the strut halfway out of the clamp, it is boarderline unsafe. I know you guys who have done it and never had any issues. This is just a concern to me when I have my LIL man with me.

First: if your shock is halfway inside the clevis you have a 2" clevis lift. We are talking about 3/8 max here.

If you look closer at the actual clevis you will see that the lower part of it is NOT actualy in contact with the shock. The internal diameter is wider on the last 0.16". Since most shocks are a bit longer then the clevis there is still full contact between clevis and shock. But I guess you'll have to see that for yourself. If you look close you can see my shock is flush with the lower part of the clevis.

Second: The ring or conduit does nothing. It's just to make sure that you have the exact same size lift on both sides. Fitting conduit nuts doesn't work on OEM shocks. The lower spring perch is hollow so the conduits or bushing can slide up. On my previous lift I drove around for a year with a 3/8 lift and no conduits. Never sagged back so yeah, the bolt holds it in place.

Right the clevis on mine had no contact between spring mount and clevis the nuts just give a warm fuzzy to people without torque wrenches my fuzzy was 2 1/8 " muffler clamp stamped parts and ss bolts between them. and my shock about 1/4" shy of bottom of clamp.

I got a reply back. I asked for a quote for a pair of spacer.

"Thank you for your shown interest in Impact Fab. The price for you
including material for 2 of each washer will fall under our $55.00 minimum
cut charge total. If this interests you and you would like us to cut this
for you please let me know. Have a great weekend!"

Sounds like the more I ask to make the cheaper (per piece) it would cost.

Never hurts to ask. Group buys are notoriously unpredictable at best but I would be curious to see what they want for them too.

So you are going to spend 50 bucks or so ...for looks basically?

Since the conduit rings on the clevis does not hold anything, only provides a way to tell that both sides are the same, guess I am missing something here for sure? I also wrap mine in black electrical tape to keep them together when installing and then paint over that so you can not really tell whats there anyways.
Oh well good luck amazing what some will buy, I need to come up some items like that

Now I will really mess with ya, you can run with more than 2 or 3 , even 4 , even 5!!

Why anyone would be willing to pay $50 - $72 for something that $3.00 worth of conduit nuts will do just as well is totally beyond my comprehension..... But hey, maybe it's just cool to be able to say, I've got $50.00 custom clevis spacers or KK clevis forks.

Good luck with your group buy though.
