I don't mean to hyjack the thread, but since Im a noob myself, I thought Id stay with the stock wheels since I like them. What about half inch or one inch wheel spacers to help out with tire clearence? I plan on a Franken CRD delux lift and running 235/85/16's and Im hoping not to rub much.....

Thoughts.

not sure where you are going to get "good" 1/2 or 1 inch wheel spacers, any good ones ( spidertrax) are 1.25 the rest are CHEAP spacers that would not allow you to have enough threads for the lug nuts to hold the wheel on

I had the ST spacers on my first samurai. I know there are others though I can't account for there quality. Good point though. Would you say that 1.25" is to much for both the general aspect of the body of the truck, and stress on the wheel bearings?
