OK all, this OEM CRD coils not OME... This has been done (closely) before by "hood"

Brakeline is in wrong spot I think. Tear it apart and fix it then it should be a solid lift . May require cutting the spacers down or allowing it to settle out a bit.

this was not done this way by Hood or 2006KJ not with that high of a spacer on the bottom, there lies the problem I think

So yes it would work with a 1.5 spacer lift but not the 2.5. It's just to much. Now if i had full armor and a good solid bumper.... Different story. I'll be going back to the old coils for now. Thank you for all your input. Lesson learned. Wild idea FAILED  But i'm OK with learning from my mistakes.

Yeah i could, But for the price of the 1.5 spacer why not buy them? Or just say $#@% it and save for a real lift. Fanky maybe??? 8)

OK. I feel like I am missing something here. Why will it not work with the 2.5" spacer and a Daystar top plate. Is it too stiff and just doesn't sag enough under the normal weight of the KJ without an aftermarket bumper and/or winch? Is that causing too steep of a CV angle? It doesn't look like it is any taller than a Frankie. I know I am missing something very obvious. Please explain.

If you look at the spindle and UBJ it is resting on the side of the puck. Keep in mind that picture is taken with out a jack or stand under it. I'm sure a good bumper might compress those springs but NO COIN for that right now. Going back to old coils for now.

kinda late on this but i ran O E M CRD springs on the Rough country lift. Which uses a strut spacer, not a spring spacer.

Both are in the for sale section for a great deal BTW! :D
