My neighbors friend has an 06 or 07 KJ which he can't get out of park sometimes. Any ideas what to look for?

Mine was doin that due to the indicator for the shifter on the console bein all jacked up and out of place, when I took it apart and superglued the crap back like it was supposed to be it hasn't done it again since

ask your friend if it actually points at park :lol:
