On top of all the other issues my kj and I have been having... I went out to do a lil four wheelin in town today, just over a few hills in a feild behind some local businesses. When I started to notice a klanking sound coming from the front of the vehicle. I am not sure what this could possibly be. I only went up and over a couple small hills that were all dirt w/ only small dips. I am not sure what it could be?? If I sped up, the klanking would speed up. It kinda seemed like it was worse when i turned the wheel as well. So, I drove home in two wheel drive and tried it again once I got home. Made the same sound but seemed a little louder

! Intresting thing is, I took it to the carwash to get the lil bit of mud off and take a look at the under carriage. Everything looked fine and front drive shaft seemed tight, a lil play but nothing I would expect out of the ordinary. So, I sprayed the dang thing for like ten minutes to get the undercarriage squeeky clean. Once again I put the vehicle in 4wd and drove it around the parking lot. This time I barely noticed any sound whatsoever

... I decided to drive home in 4wd p/t. Barely any sound still, I could faintly hear the sound while turning and starting off at the light(only once in a while.) What the heck is going on with my jeep??? I can't go a couple days in a row without some kind of EXPERIENCE. It's beginning to drive me crazy. It just seems so hard to diagnose these knds of things myself and too expensive to take to the stealership!
Thanks for all your help.
Hopefully one day I can safely hit the trail??
