Seems all those internet parts houses and places like NAPA lists the 45RFE (4 speed) as the trans behind the diesel motor (???)

If listing fits 45RFE will it work on 545RFE?

Or where can I look?

I visited a dealership and he showed a part # 5103470AC, trans filter as not in stock/unavailable and that this part is backordered throughout the USA. He said over 57,500 requests are on the computer. He was quite surprised to see this! Shut down parts house?

Yep same trans filters(both of them),same trans pan also.
