Ok workmate of mine bought a Colorado 2 weeks ago and decided to go play in another workmates property, result bogged, tried using his Navara with ropes but. You guessed it ropes broke (no snatch straps between them)




So I get a call the next morning asking me for help (yep it stayed there alnight). So I bring my straps and give it a try I took 5 different lines on dry ground each time but got nowhere, decided to join 2 straps together to be further away and on drier ground, whilst joining straps water forms around the JEEP go to move forward and great now I am bogged.




So we get his next door neighbour and his Landcruiser to snatch me out and bugger me he gets bogged



Final straw call another workmate with Patrol (full ARB kit) and 9500lb warn winch later I am free.



So he turns around and reverses into place winches the Landcruiser free then gets started on the original bogged Colorado then he is free.

We all go to leave the property.



But wait just sitting there the landcruiser has bought more water to the surface and yes he gets bogged again, bring back Patrol and winch Landcruiser free again but he gets bogged for the 3rd time, so winch free and that should be that but no now the Patrol gets bogged we have to use 2 different trees but we get the Patrol out. We then Strap the Landcruiser to the Patrol and skull drag it out of the property.

All this cause one guy decided to go play in a wet padock..................


What a weekend this can only get more fun from here.

Yeah easy to get confused we were confused about alot of things on the day and I was there reminded me of the lady who swollowed a fly story that you used to here as a kid.
